Description of objectVilla Katja (10+2), 5 rooms (apartments), 2 teraces with garden furniture, sun loungers and parasols, private parking for 4-5 cars, free Wi-Fi, 5 TV-Sat, 5 airconditions, fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, breadmaker, blender, microwave,....), sea view, beach is in front of house. The swimming pool (33 m2) is under construction and will be finished till spring. Also near the pool there will be a little playground for children. House can only be rented as a whole house, the apartments can not be rented separately.
Villa Katja is located in quiet area by the sea and is surrounded by pine woods, distance from centar is 400 m and ferry port...
