Description of objectBeautiful house built in 2008 in modern Scandinavian style. It is two entire floors of in total 220 sqm. The ground floor has one double-room with king size bed, one single room with two beds and one room as a study plus the kitchen with space for 8-12 people at the dining table. Also a bathroom with tub and a quest WC. Second floor contains four bedrooms, TV-room and bathroom with shower.In total, 4 adults can be comfortable plus 6 children. There are eight sleeps as standard but can easily be added with another three-four sleeps. A garden of 900 square metres which is perfect for children from both security and playing perspective. In brief: The perfect place to gather the extended family/families! :) When extended stays like 2 weeks or more - rental price can be discussed. Location of objectYou will be close (1 km) to several beaches in Täby, both Baltic sea beaches and lake beaches (see photo). It´s possible to both walk or bicycle to beaches.We have a very nice Golf course (named Djursholms golfklubb/see photo) where at some 500-600m from our house you will suddenly be walking on green nine and ten. Walking then, if you prefer, through a nice and very enjoyable smaller forest. Unfortunately :-( we cannot provide the horse you find on the 'forest-photo' but we do provide nice and easily accessible walking paths - 300m from our house. You will do have to leave Lahäll/Täby for a little while, 5 km, if you want to appreciate some 'viking ruins' (see photo) and some 10 km if you want to appreciate the small and cosy city of Vaxholm (see photo). A city close, or actually at/on the Baltic sea and a most 'untypical' Swedish summer city with a fortress on an island (see photo), numerous ferries taken you out in the extensive Stockholmian archipelago of some 3.000 islands, many of which are highly suitable for daily-tours. Very much unlikely - you will not lack "activity"! Town: Sweden, Täby, StockholmA very residential area called Lahäll in the suburb Täby, some 15 km north of Stockholm. Located close to the Täby city centre (2 km), shuttle train to Stockholm centre (700m), 300m to the bus that in 5 minutes takes you to the Stockholm greater area subway system. In aprox 20 min using the shuttle train you´ll be in the centre of Stockholm (train stop Tekniska högskolan). By car you´re only 10 min from Stockholm northern city limits.You will be close to several beaches in Täby and the Baltic sea is less than 1 km away. Possible to both walk or bicycle to beaches.
