Description of objectLOCATION.The House is situated in the North of Sardinia, Platamona area, inside a tourist resort called \\\'Villaggio dei Pini\\\' or \\\'Villaggio Grigio. The House is situated at 5 km from Porto Torres, 10 km from Sassari, 36 km from Stintino, 28 km from Castelsardo and 43 km from Alghero. THE HOUSE. The apartment has a large living room with sofa, kitchen, 2 bedrooms (double bed plus 2 single beds in total), a bathroom and a spacious garden and a wooden veranda. Excellent for roasting. The House is complete with washing machine, vacuum cleaner, oven, fridge, freezer, iron, all you need for the kitchen (pots, dishes, cutlery ...). Light, comfortable, furnished with simplicity and taste, is equipped with all comforts. The location makes it a very pleasant outdoor evenings because the climate is cool. Electricity, water and gas included in the price. THE VILLAGE. The village is near the beaches of Platamona and Marina di Sorso. All reachable within a few minutes. The environment is calm, cordial people, the good thing is that you are away from the hustle and bustle, then peace and relaxation. AROUND. To move comfortably you need a private vehicle, car or scooter in the case that you want to move to more distant beaches. Other things to highlight the nearest port is about 5 km and is located in Porto Torres, the closest airport to 35 miles, Fertilia (Alghero).
