Beautiful indipendent villa situated in the Aurunci mountains (Sonnino), 15 mins drive to nearest beach, choice of several fantastic beaches along the pontine coast (Sabaudia, Circeo, Terracina). Lots of quaint villages to visit, nice long walks with the most amazing views, also near is the Abbazia di Fossanova a famous old abbey.

Around the house is Olive trees then down below there is a wooded part, excellent place to relax, take some sunshine and have nice barbeques at night after a day at the beach or in Rome. Rome is only 1 hour away by train, the train station is called Priverno Fossanova..
