This bright holiday house, quite large and comfortable, it is just 5 minutes by walk to the gorgeous Solanas beach!
Moreover it is just a few miles (about 6/7) from the renewed Villassimius town, with some of the most beautiful beaches of the island! .
The internal layout is ideal for a relaxing holiday with your family and friends, with a bright and spacious living room, 2 sofas and flat screen TV, separated small fully fitted kitchen, wide garden in the back and front of the house and a nice veranda that provides the perfect place to eat outside! There is also a barbecue and an outside stone sink, in order to prepare your grilled food comfortably and roast it straight away!
The house, in two floor, includes two bathrooms, 4 bedrooms and 10 sleeps!
Although it is so close to the beach, it is located in a really quiet area, being in a small hill in a dead-end street, which means you can really enjoy the nature around you!
There is a car park inside, but it is possible leave the other cars down the street, just in front of the gate!
