Independent apartment (35 mq) in two-family house.
Main features: mixed holiday mountain - sea - countryside in Sardinia. 30 km from Cagliari, 10 km from Villasimius, 1,5 km from the beach of Solanas, 500 meters from the bar, 4 km from the new national road 125. Beautiful views of the countryside and the mountains of Santa Barbara. Views: night sky and milky way admirable (absence of artificial light in the immediate vicinity).
Relaxing holiday, ideal for couples without children or couples with one or two young children, quiet beach frequented primarily by families. However a more \'young\' area is just 10 km in nearby Villasimius.

Just renovated. Garden, internal parking, oven, hair dryer, Ironing Board, washing machine, tv color, microwave oven, dishes-glasses-pans-pans, barbecue, wood oven (for pizza), external table with umbrella, drying rack.
