Rent our idyllic summer house \"Rullekulla\" that is privately situated in the woods close to Rullsand beach.

On the first floor you find a big, fully equipped, cottage kitchen, a living room with a big dinner table, a couch and an extra bed, and a bathroom with a shower. On the second floor there are two bedrooms with in total 4 beds, as well as a lounge room with a television.

The house is surrounded by a large green lot of approximately 3000 square meters where you can always find a place in the sun or in the shadow. The great space allows children to run freely and play football or other games. Along the house runs a road that can only be used by us and the neighbour, otherwise it is used as a bicycle lane to the beach. In the adjoined barn there are bicycles and different material for games that can be used.

The house can be rented from spring to fall. A cleaning fee of 500 SEK will be added.
