Description of objectThe big old villa from the 19th century is situated in a huge parklike garden with lawns, meadows, a little forest, a riverbed and lots of flowers. Two ponds, one for swimming from May to September, make it a little paradise. Covered terraces and balconies invite to relax and enjoy nature. The interior decoration is in the style of the 19th century with wooden panels, cosy corners, tilestove and open fireplaces. A wood fired saunabath is situated in the groundfloor.
Location of objectVienna ist only 45 minutes drive away, public transport takes 60 minutes.
Town: Austria, Wienerwald, SiegenfeldThe house is placed among field and forrests in a little village near the spa town Baden bei Wien in the heart of the Nature Park Wienerwald.
A car is recommendable, because there is no shopping possibility in the village.
The area invites for walks, cycle-tours and car journeys into nature and cultural sites like the Monastery Heiligenkreuz, Mayerling, Baden, Palace Laxenburg and the vinyards and villages of the Thermal line.
Bicycles can be organised on request.
