Beautiful villa on two floors completely renovated in 2009 year. On the ground floor there is the entrance and the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a table for 4 persons, oven, microwave, fridge. On the first floor there is a bathroom with shower, an air-conditioned double bedroom of 12m2 with a small balcony overlooking the sea, an other air-conditioned double bedroom of 20m2 with a small balcony overlooking the sea. This bedroom has a TV set and sofa set for 4 people.

Villa Mia is situated not so far from the center of the small village Seget Donji, about 2 km from the old town of Trogir and only 5 km from the airport. The place is well connected with the town of Trogir by boat during the summer and by bus during the whole year

Seget Donji is located nearby the town of Trogir, which is on the Unesco list of world cultural heritage. The upper part Gornji Seget is on the land, and the lower part Donji Seget directly by the sea. The village was built as a type of closed, rectangle settlement.
The base of the municipality Seget is in Seget Donji.

The village was established, when the Trogir nobleman Jakov Rotondo got the allowance to build a fortified tower around the village.
The church of St. Antun Padovanski was built in 1758. Several churches from ancient times are in the field, and the one of St. Daniel is probably from the pre Romanic time.

In the town and especially in the fields, one can see the forts built for the defence from the Turks.
Thanks to the location and the mild climate the population today mainly deals with agriculture, fishing, ship-building and tourism.
