Description of objectThis two-story house was built around 1920, the same period the huge pine dominating the north side was planted. It is one of the very few still existing stone houses in the area, and was completely restored in 1992.The surface area of the ground floor (available for rent) is approximately 60 sqm and has been divided into a large living room, open kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
The area is very quiet, the entire house is surrounded by greenery and the back of the house looks out onto the grove of lemon and orange trees.
The apartment has its own oil central heating.
Just 30 m from the house are a couple of small beaches, and the «To Apovrado» tavern, which offers delicious homemade food at very affordable prices.
Just across the road is a mini market and a bus stop where you can get transportation to the neighboring villages, Corinth and Athens.
