Description of objectIt was a traditional farm house that was renovated following the old layout but adapted to new demands. There are two buildings. The first follows the existing construction and constitutes the main part of the house where the living and dining rooms are; the mainkitchen; a master bedroom with two twin size beds and an ensuite bathroom as well a TV room with a pullout bed/coach. The main kitchen has been fully renovated and is fully equipped. The second is a newly attached extension with a separate independent entrance. It has been added to the main building which includes two bedrooms; a bathroom; and a bachelor suite complete with a pullout bed/coach; a dining table and a fully equipped kitchenette. Separate from the main building is a smaller one which in the past use to shelter animals.It has two rooms and a powder room. In one of the rooms the swimming pool equipment is stored and in the other there is a secretary and shelves with books. There is also a garage for one car. From the house there is a small supermarket with basics goods at walking distance.In a distance of 4 km there is Estoi, a village with small shops and cafes. The village is known for the existing roman ruins of Milreu, a national momument, and the Pousada of Estoi, a 19th palace. Beaches and good golf courses can be reached within a mere 20/30 minutes drive.
