Description of objectThis propriety with 8.000 m2, is a rural propriety with tropical fruit trees, being clients entitled to get some and 10 bungalows surrounded by well kept gardens. Some of them is overlooking to the sea and to the north coast (Porto Moniz, Seixal and Ponta Delgada).The Bungalows are composed by: 1 double bedroom, bathroom, sitting room and Kitchenette. The Breakfast (self-made) is included in the rates and it is composed by fresh bread, eggs, milk, chocolate, tea, coffee, butter, jam, cheese, honey. Breakfast is daily replaced in the kitchenette, being bread daily placed at the door. There is also a shared swimming-pool and a shared barbecue. Location of objectThe surrounding areas are boundless! There is a long sidewalk connecting to all the tiny little houses (casinhas), bordered by gardens filled with aromatic herbs, carnations and roses, along with hedges of laurel, dill and other rare native plants from Madeira's forests. In the nearby areas, plantations of papaya tress, sugar cane, figue and banana trees and vineyards, offer the complex a feeling of peace and harmony with nature.Town: Portugal, Santana, SantanaSantana is a very attractive town, very well known for it famous typical houses with triangle design and thatched roof.Places of interest: - Roseiral da Quinta do Arco (one of the largest collections of roses bushes of Portugal) - Madeira Theme Park (spread over 7 hectares, where visitors can learn about history, culture and Madeira traditions). - Cable car in Rocha do Navio - Church of Sao Jorge (18th century) - Natural Reserve of Rocha do Navio (which access is efected by a cable-car).
