Description of objectThis family home is located in Costa Rei. It is 800metres (15 -20 minutes walk) from the beach, and 15 minutes walk local shops (pharmacy, big market, restaurant, cinema, petrol station etc). There are also local people who sell their own surplus produce (fruit and vegetables, meat, eggs and cheese). With a lush garden with small vegetable plot, charcoal barbeque, and patio with sea views, this small Mediterranean villa is perfect for relaxing with the family and entertaining friends.
The two bedroom villa can comfortably sleep 6 people (1 mezzanine master bedroom, and loft single bedroom with two single beds, and 1 double sofa bed in the living area). It is equipped kitchenette as well as outside barbeque, hot water shower, WC and bidet, and washing machine. There are two car spaces.
