Description of objectThis elegant and rustic Villa is located in San Teodoro and it has a big garden and a private parking space. The house is at the ground floor of a residential and quite area close to main services an beach. It has a nice shadowed veranda where you can access the cosy living room with fireplace, and a big sofa-bed, a very organized American kitchen with bar, two bedrooms, one with king-size bed and one with a bunk bed and a bright bathroom with shower.
Perfect to live in full the outside with table, chairs and tan beds. The garden offers the possibility to keep a small pet. The area is very well served, within 100 mt, you can find bus stop, bar, supermarkets (they cook Porceddu for take away!), pharmacy, grocery, seafood shop, country house (for horse riding) and much more!
The closest beach is the famous La Cinta which you can reach with a 10 min walk (its just 800 meters far away) or with bicycles which are at the use of the guests. The property lies in a protected area of the region Sardinia because of its natural wonders. Nearby the villa is in fact possible to access a lagoon and enjoy rare species of birds like pink flamingos.
