Description of objectAre you looking for a relaxing vacation on Como Lake? See yourself opening the shutters in the morning, when the sun peeps out, right behind the mountains. The sunlight is about to blind you, the brisk air tickles your nose, numbs your skin. But it's nearly magic! Just a kaleidoscope of sensations, the perfect attitude to say "good morning world".All of this is within your reach, if you choose this property! The house, which is unique for size and extension (110 mq. on three floors), can give you a stunning view of the lake from every front. Located in the town center, not far from the beach, free car lots and local shops, the property is suitable for both couples and families with children. On the first floor there is a large, rustic and old, open-plan kitchen, fully equipped, made precious by the fireplace on the left side. The virtual tour of the first floor is completed by the first bathroom, with a small bath and a washing machine. On the second floor you can find the second bathroom, equipped with the shower, and two bedrooms. The first bedroom is a double room with twin beds. A third single bed is addable. The second bedroom is the master bedroom, completed by a queen sized bed and a cot. Following the vertical development of the house, you will come across everything you need: space and more. There are three built in wardrobes and a private cellar. By reaching the top of the house, you can enjoy the fabulous view from the terrace and the third bedroom, equipped with two twin beds (available only for the summer). Are you sure it isn't enough? If the answer is YES, think about the fact that at your arrive you will find all the beds done, with towels, bed sheets and blankets always freshly laundered. Last but not the least, the heating system is completely autonomous, which makes L'Alcova a perfect destination for both summer and winter vacations. So, what are you waiting for? Contact me! FAQ: The entire property is usable. The house has three floors, so there are a lot of stairs. On the second floor there are two communicating rooms (with privacy guaranteed by the doors and the movable library), equipped with autonomous heating system. a) One double room with two single beds and an extra one for 2 or 3 sleeping accomodations b) One double room with a queen sized bed and a cradle for 2 + 1 baby sleeping accomodations On the third floor there is a double room with two single beds, but it is NOT equipped with autonomous heating system. So it isn't available in winter. The sofa in the sitting room is a sofa-bed for 1 sleeping accomodation. Town: Italy, Lake Como, San SiroThe house is located in the old village of Acquaseria, truly in the most typical area. The surroundings offer everything may be needed, without forgetting the attractions.To all the aficionados of climbing, the Host recommends the wonderful walks in the mountains and along the Ancient Via Regina. In spring a sightseeing tour of the amazing lake "villas" is almost unmissable. Just for example, I am talking about Villa Balbianello and Villa Carlotta. Of course you don't have to tire yourself out! You can take a long break at the restaurants, while visiting the wine cellars of the area. Essential for slow food fans is a good risotto with perch. Don't forget that San Siro isn't far from Lugano! Beyond a boat ride to Bellagio, Varenna and other towns, why don't you make a jump in Switzerland and then again in Italy, Como and Milan? Smoking inside the house is forbidden. Smoking is allowed at the terrace, but only with the ashtrays. The deposit is absolutely redeemable. The owner withelds the deposit, when: 1) Conditions of the house considerably different from they were at the consignment of the key. Example: damages, dirt, garbage... 2) Number of people not compliant with this agreement. 3) Other cases based on common sense of respect or cleanliness. Wi-fi connection: Wi-fi router has to be given back with its sim card. If you lose, damage or break the wi-fi router or the sim card, you will pay the entire deposit. If you’re planning to leave soon in the morning (before 8 a.m.), you have to give it back the night before – reasonably at the check out. |
