Description of objectGrand Mansion, previous prize home, located on expansive uninteruppted WATERFRONT , with beautiful broadbeach skyline views, eastern aspect with nice ocean breezes.Relaxing, idyllic, quiet location (no noisy boats/jetskis going past as on main river) in a quiet cul de sac so no passing traffic yet we are just off Hooker Boulevard and central to everything. Water always a gorgeous blue (in contract to canals that get brown and murky for days after rain) EVERYTHING THOUGHT OF- YOUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME-JUST ARRIVE AND ENJOY! PLEASE NOTE: NEW QUALITY LUXURY FURNITURE BY FEB 09 (new modern leather lounges and elegant bed suites ,kitchen dining suites etc) Spacious , airy, high ceilings. 6 bedroom, 3 bathroom 2 Lounge rooms French champagne or bottle of wine on arrival . (Please let us know if you have any special occasions to celebrate during your stay and we will arrange something special for you.) Ducted air conditioning throughout (though rarely needed!). This is Broadbeach's only swimmable lake (Beware: the canals have sharks and many homes are not fenced off to protect children!) Children cant access our waterfront as it is security gated but is SAFE TO SWIM Gorgeous green parklands and playground equipment behind. There are also a couple of good teppanyaki restaurant’s on the main strip. Room 81 at the base of the Sofitel has a wonderful degustation menu and a selection of good french champagne by the glass. Lauxes also has a nice menu with champagne by the glass. Nice breakfasts there too. There is a nice french restaurant and deli nearby also. Sopranos Restaurant, Café and Lounge Bar won acclaim for its gourmet breakfasts at the Restaurant and Catering Queensland Gold Coast Awards for Excellence. Why not end the evening with a cup of gourmet coffee and enjoy sitting among some of the movers and shakers on the Gold Coast, Three Bean’s is one place which has a great cup of coffee. Broadbeach is home to Pacific Fair, Queensland’s largest shopping centre containing a cinema as well as over 250 speciality shops, cafes and restaurants. Jupiters Casino is next door to Pacific Fair. There is a monorail into Broadbeach. Pacific Fair is on a bus interchange that links with buses to every tourist attraction and beach. The convention centre is 3.5 km away- ALL THREE LOCATIONS ARE ON ON BUS ROUTE 745 which has a stop just around the corner from us. Can walk to local shopping centre (Cocos) with all amenities provided there.
