Description of objectThe gite is comfortable, fully equipped and tastefully decorated with the original character of thick stonewalls and old farming tools.On the ground floor : One kitchen : table – chairs – fridge with freezer – gas cooker with electric oven – microwave – coffee maker - toaster - pressure cooker – food processor – tableware and cleaning products. Dining-room/lounge : table and chairs – cupboard and tableware, raclette and pierrade devices, sofa-bed for 2, armchair, coffee table, TV, Wifi, numerous brochures about all around the gite, books, magazines and board games. Bathroom : bath – washbasin, piece of furniture for towels and hair-dryer, bathrobes (man & woman) Separated toilet and washing machine in the hall. On the first floor : Small mezzanine equipped with ironing board & steam iron – coat rack – one single bed and one cot. Bedroom : one double bed (160 x 200 or 2 x 80 x 200), one wardrobe, an armchair. Outside : A small terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, open space and shelter for your car. Location of objectIn the confines of two regions, Burgundy and Champagne, and 3 departments, the Yonne, the Côte d\'Or and Aube, come and stay in our region rich in cultural sites. It is a country cottage in the middle of nature at 1.5 km from the village of Sennevoy le Bas. You can taste wines in Burgundy (Chablis, Irancy, Crémant de Bourgogne and Beaune) and Champagne ! Monuments to visit are: Vezelay, Museoparc of Alesia, Abbaye de Fontenay, Château d\'Ancy le Franc, Tanlay, Maulnes, medieval towns of Noyers sur Serein, Semur en Auxois, the Vix urn at Châtillon sur Seine, Epoisses cheese and the chaource are all assets ..... as well as visits to finely restored washhouses !
