Description of objectLush garden, big outer space with BBQ, private parking, internet.Spend your relax in the open-air, no neighbors, exploring several beaches and savoring the traditional cousin. A big garden rich in well-groomed plants of every types takes you to the fully-equipped patio, where spending very relaxing moments, lying down on a sun-bed or just reading a book sitting in the shadow fascinated by the sound of nature. The apartment is at the 1st floor - reachable from an outer staircase adorned by a flourishing bougainvilleas - and is composed by: a veranda, a bright living area, a fully-equipped kitchen; two wide cool bedrooms (1 Large Double Bed + 2 Single Beds), one bathroom with shower and bidet. a closet/laundry. Since the house is organized (another floor available), it is ideal for a group of two families who wants to spend their holiday together, but to have their own privacy at the same time. Location of objectTHE VALLEY OF THE TEMPLES - Agrigento (40 Km)The Valley of the Temples is one of the most suggestive attraction of Sicily. It is on of the biggest archaeological park in the world. Among a blooming almond trees countryside, the wonderful ruins of the temples, whose architectural majesty is still intact, will fascinate you. This archaeological marvel consists of eight temples (Concordia, Heracles, Olympia...) built in the 5th century BC. The Valley of the Temples is the most sublime evidence of the Greek civilization in Sicily until today and it has been an Unesco world heritage site since 1998. ******************************************************** THE TURKISH STAIRCASE – Realmonte (30 Km) “Scala dei Turchi” is a singular white cliff made by limestone and clay which rises along the coast of Realmonte and overlooks a crystalline sea. It has became a tourist attraction for its particular color and shape; wind and rain have modeled it throughout the time, creating a huge natural staircase whose lines are rounded and irregular. Its white rocks look brighter thanks to the sun light and the water is incredibly clear. The name comes from the Turkish invasions. According to an old legend, the Saracens got there from the sea and climbed the cliff until the top, once there they attacked the local people. ******************************************************* SCIACCA (30 Km): Fishing, Craftsmanship, Baths, Carnival It is the oldest baths resort of Sicily and one of the biggest town in the south-eastern coast. It is a tourist destination not only for its gorgeous coasts, but also for its Craftsmanship, Baths and its famous Carnival. Sciacca is a seaside town, where to eat excellent seafood. It\\\'s a craftsmanship center, where you can find ceramic wares and red coral hand-wrought. Very famous are the natural steam caves of St. Calogero, its healthiness attracts not only baths followers but also people who suffer from osteoarthritis and respiratory disease. The Carnival is one of the most beautiful and oldest carnival in Italy; there are six days of celebration with featuring impressive allegorical parades. The atmosphere is full of color, pure fun and cheerfulness, everyone takes part in celebrations. ******************************************************* ERACLEA MINOA (12 Km) It is a beautiful and long beach marked at one end by the tall white cliffs of the promontory and by a large pine-grove. It\\\'s also an archaeological site: the excavations, started in 1950, brought to light remains of dwellings made of rough bricks, some still retaining mosaic fragments, and of a theatre made of a particularly soft stone, hence in a poor condition Town: Italy, Borgo Bonsignore (South coast), RiberaRibera rises on a wide hill not far from Agrigento. It is a big village, famous for its international oranges production, so that it is known as “City of oranges”.Ribera boasts marvelous beaches: “Borgo Bonsignore” is a famous beach area thanks to its uncontaminated coasts and to the natural reserve of “Foce del fiume Platani”. “Piana Grande” is a sandy and pebbled beach where admiring the typical Mediterranean vegetation; it is a really loved place from young people, since the seafront is crowded of people who go there to enjoy themselves in the summer nights. “Secca Grande”, the most renowned beach place of Ribera, is the ideal place for those who love both the uncontaminated beaches and the amusement, since it is full of bars, clubs, restaurants and there are a lot of cultural events and entertainments at nights.
