An ideal spot for a relaxing holiday, the villa is located in a tranquil area near the beach, surrounded by olive groves. It is suitably furnished with all the necessary facilities for a perfect self-catering holiday for the whole family. It comes with a large private swimming pool and is located very close to the beach, just 2kms. Location of objectBEACHESThe nearest sandy beach is within 5 mins drive to the villa. Other nearby beaches, suitable for diving and snorkeling, are located within 15 mins drive. The magnificent sandy beach of Rethymno, about 10 miles in length, is within 30 mins drive from the villa. The south cost with its unspoiled coves and dramatic cliffs, crystal clear, sparkling water is within 1hr drive. The old Venetian town of Rethymno with its numerous restaurants, bars, banks and shops is within 20 mins drive. A Booking Form will be e-mailed to you together with all the relevant information. Booking deposit 50% of the accommodation price will be required at the time of booking and a security deposit, fully refundable, will be required at the time of paying the balance 1 month before departure. All payments should be transferred electronically into the owners’ bank account. A booking confirmation receipt will be e-mailed after receiving the funds. RATES/PRICES The rates/prices are for the whole property per week in UK Pounds. Please contact us for rates in Euros. Please note that you could book the accommodation per week or per night. Please refer to the relevant rates above. The villa could be booked per day or per week starting on any day during the week. Changeover day is flexible. CHECK IN Between 2pm–8pm. Please note that no parties will be accepted outside the check-in hours as our caretakers will not be available. CHECK OUT before 12pm. CARETAKERS Our caretakers are available 24/7 to all our guests. They will meet you at the property and will hand over to you the keys. They will help you to find your feet around and explore the area, will give a valuable advise how to find the best taverns with home cooked Cretan delicacies and how to get to the shops, the banks etc. They are available in a case of emergency and will help you with any of your requests. They will be at hand to help with any information you need. You will have their contact details and will be able to contact them at any time. TRAVEL Car is essential for this holiday. Maps and instructions will be provided. |
