Description of objectBuilt on a hill overlooking the village of Ratzakli, this new villa on one level is with calm on a large plot surrounded by Greenery.It is located at 1400m of the great sandy beach of Kaminia and comprises a private swimming pool. It has an extraordinary sight on on the Ionian Sea, the Bay of the Mounda bay and the Zakinthos island. It can receive up to 6 people with its two bedrooms and a bed-settee in the living room, its 2 bathrooms, (a cot can be added on request). A large terrace surrounds the pool with a magnificent view on the sea.This terrace is equipped with all the outdoor furniture in exotic woods. The integrated kitchen is completely equipped with a dishwasher, a washing machine, a cooker with furnace, a microwave oven, a refrigerator-freezer, ... . All the household linen is provided. The living room is equipped with a flat panel display with satellite reception and a DVD reader All rooms are air conditioned, plus ceiling fans. The windows are equipped with mosquito nets and shutters. You can access to internet and send or receive faxes. The owners, Emmanuelle and Patrick (French-Greek family), will be on the spot to accommodate you and make your stay an unforgettable memory. Location of objectNatural sites of an exceptional beautyIf the landscapes with the rough and austere beauty touch you, then take the road which, at the beginning of Argostóli, leads to the Ainos mount. This giant emerges suddenly from a thick forest of black fir trees whose branches have the characteristic to rise upwards. These trees exist only here, a natural park has moreover summer created to protect them. If you have good shoes, you can leave your car to the level of the aerials and to start the rise until the top which dominates a chaos of rocks. At a few kilometers at the West of Sámi, the underground Lac of Melissáni is one of the wonders of kefalonia ! Sailing in a boat, you will discover this deep lake of 39 m whose water turquoises communicates by galleries with pits located at 15 km from there, on the other side of the island. The partly collapsed vault makes it possible the sky to be reflected in water whose diversity of blue is really attractive. The capital of the island is Argostoli which counts a third of the inhabitants of the island. The small town of Lixouri is the second city, and these two cities receive the two-thirds of the population of the island.
