Description of objectThe charming holiday home is situated in a small residential area called Rosumarinu, a small development close to the sea. The quiet mediteranian style garden provides sufficent room for a pleasant and relaxing vacation.
In the first floor there are two bedrooms - each with access to a large terrace -, a large bathroom and a separated restroom. The second floor holds the living room with a modern fully equipped kitchen and another restroom. From the living room you can directly access another dining-patio with a sunroof. In total the home provides approximately 100m² of living space. This lovely house is comfortable and sufficiently furnished, so you will not miss any convinces during your vacation on the island of Corse. For colder days the chalet is heated by a coal oven in the living room and by electrically heated radiators in the bedrooms.

Location of objectThe holiday home is located in a privat coastal resort on a beautilful peninsula in a distance of about 11 km from Porto Vecchio.
The street from Porto Vecchio to the residence Rosumarinu will lead your along the coast with a lovely sea view. The ride takes about 15 minutes and leads you through a landscape with untouched mediterranean vegetation
Town: France, Golf von Porto Vecchio, Porto VecchioThe historical city of Porto Vecchio is a lively town with charming shops and restaurants. In the surrounding of Porto Vecchio you can visit e.g. the magnificent city of Bonifacio or the faszinating city L'Ospedale, at an elevation of approx. 1000 meters.
Beaches: The closest beach is at the La Chiappa club (400 m distance). At a distance of about 5 km there is a natural beach called Palombaggia, which is considered one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. Another small untouched beach, called Taiti Beach, is at a 20 min walking distance. If you rent a boat, you can visit the Le Cerbicale islands, which are approx. 1/2 sea mile off shore. Next to beaches, the attraction of the region is the near-by mountain site, e.g. the alta rocca national parc (30 min. by car) and the bavella mountain range.
