Casa Litarriccia

The hous is situated in a parc of about 5500 qm with the original vegetation.

You will have 3 sleeping rooms and 2
shower rooms. A big dining- living room and a kitchen.
On the terrasse you have a barbecue and a big table for 8 individuals.
A sunny garden of about 800 qm belongs to your holiday house.
For the off- season the house is equiped with heating in all rooms.
The parc of 5.500 qm is closed/paled on 3 sides. The 4 side is closed by the vegetation .
The only access to the parc is a gate.
for there are only access to people belonging to the holiday house or the owners.
The only other house in the parc is the house of the owners, in a distance of about 70m, - so you will not be disturbed.

Location of object

our 'Casa Litarriccia' is only 120m away from a sandy beach and only 5 km from the center of Porto-Vecchio.
There is a walkway to go to the beach, so there are no cars. this is very fine for children.
On the beach there is a sailing school, you can rent material or take lessons.
the water is really warm in summer and it is a nice place for children to learn swimming, for the water is not deep.
