Description of objectOur yellow house dates from 1930. This tall House is in stone and has been entirely renovated, keeping some original features. It is very pleasant in the summer time: with natural cooling because of the tiles floor and thick stone walls.The location is very calm, behind our gate that hides our private pedestrian street only for the residents (just one family and 2 couples). This is a unique place where You don''t need to lock your front door! Very sunny and green, to feel like you are in a village. Yes, forget that you are in behind the main Avenue leading to the football stadium. The house has 2 floors: the ground floor with entrance patio where you can enjoy your drinks, cigarette or meals. There is an extra private toilet in the patio. Enter the hall and find the fully equipped kitchen sitting 8 people. Next, find the light living room with extra large corner sofa, where 2 people can sleep comfortably. Next door to the living room find a modern bathroom with shower, toilet and basin. The first floor has a extra large sleeping room with view on the gardens. The other bedroom has a double and also faces the backyard gardens and patios. Each room is sunny and bright. Both sides of the house (East and West) are facing the interior gardens. Note: Because our street is only for pedestrian, you must park your car in the Avenue (free of charge). Or use our garage at 800 meters (10 Eur a day or 35 Eur per week). We are at the beginning of Avenida Fernao Magalhaes, near Campo 24 de Agosto with direct metro to the airport and buses to all directions. This area has large hotels, a park and a pretty public garden. Find also many restaurants with the best prices in town and sunny terraces for a strong espresso, just for 60 cents! NOTE ON THE BEDS: Large room has one Queen bed 140cm by 200cm. Small colonial room has a double bed 130 cm by 190 cm. Living room has 2 real single beds 80 cm by 200 cm with plenty of cushions around it. NOTE ON THE BATHROOMS: One full bathroom is next to the living room and another WC with toilet and sink is OUTSIDE in your private patio.
