Description of objectThis house possibly has the best location on the whole Croatian coastline just a 100m down to a lovely beach in the pretty city of Podgora, 10km south of Makarska town. The house faces directly onto the sea with wonderful views across the crystal waters to the Islands of Brac and Hvar. Wake up each morning to this spectacular view and relax each evening with unforgettable sunsets and just the gentle sound of the lapping of waves.
Podgora is a charming little city on the Makarska coast well known as the region with the most beautiful beaches with lovely centers such as Brela, Baska Voda and Tučepi. It has a hotels, shops, bars and restaurants about 100 meters walk away. A much larger choice of restaurants and shops are in Makarska Town; Makarska becomes quite lively in high season with a bustling harbour and promenade full of bars and cafés. You can also catch one of the regular ferries that goes to Brac Island from here for day trips. Split is just 1 hour away and is a fascinating and enjoyable to spend a day in.
When You enter the house you often get the fully equipped modern kitchen with hob, cooker, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. In another side is the living room with big leather angled sofa and LED satellite TV. Off here is a bathroom with shower room/wc , a one double bedroom with en-suite shower room/wc, and one triple room.
In front of the house is a seafacing swimming pool which measures 8m x 4m with outside shower, sunbeds and parasols. In a right side off the house is a lovely terrace with a barbecue, recliners, and chairs where you can relax and enjoy the views. A 100m down from here is the gorgeous beach which is sheltered and ideal for swimming.
