Description of object“La Casita” is a holiday rental house just minutes away (400 m) from the main sand beach and centre of Platja d’Aro. Spacious house with closed private garden consist of two floors; first floor has big living/dining room, separate fully furnished kitchen and bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Upper floor has the family bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, two double bedrooms with terrace exit and one large twin bedroom. Guests also can use a double private garage with direct entrance to the house.

Location of object“La Casita” has plenty of room for kids to play but also close by is a garden with kids’ playground. Restaurants, shops and traditional Spanish bars are just couple of minutes away but at the same time, house is located in very quiet residential street.
