Location of objectPimentel is a beach community that keeps the acient traditon of the fishing with reed boats called \"Caballito.\" The town has a romantic pier and a very nice promenade called \"Malecon.\" This was an area of the pre-Inca civilization called Mochica. It is also where Thor Heyerdahl launched his Kon Tiki. Many people come here from around the world to enjoy the year around surfing. Easy transportation to Chiclayo. No need to have a car. Inexpensive, easy and enjoyable life.
