This is a two-story American style family home. The ground floor has a garage
(60 m2) and a storage room (60 m2). On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, a
workroom, a large living room with fireplace, and a fully-equipped kitchen. The
bathroom has a shower, tub, toilet and biet. Access to a terrace, 25m2, is from
the living room. There are many heating options: fireplace, central heating, and
floor heating. The front yard features a playhouse for children, with a swing and
gate. The backyard is 250m2.

Tacnscis Mihaly Street is the main road linking Petervasara with Eger and
Bükkszék. The house is located in a quiet area, located only 5 minutes away
from the main amenities.
