Beautiful house of 3 floors facing the sea. Fantastic views of the Gulf of Patti and the Aeolian Islands. Close to the marina for daily trips to the islands. It is close to all amenities (supermarket, bars, restaurants). House available up to a maximum of 7 people.

Bedroom with two single beds, spacious bathroom with separate bath and shower.
