Description of objectThe house - farm is in a private residence named \"Lido Fontanelle\", surrounded by terraced villas next to greenery.It is in a strategic location due to its proximity to the village on the sea named Villanova, the central area of Marina di Ostuni. The residence, where the house is, is about 200 meters from the sea that is reached along the streets inside the residence. Inside it there are a bar and a restaurant / pizzeria. Some supermarkets , fishmongers, other bars and restaurants , pharmacy are very close. In the summer an hospital works and it is about 600 meters far. Guests have a large yard surrounded by green corners and a spacious covered veranda equipped for lunch or dinner outside. DESCRIPTION INTERNAL The interior consists of: - Kitchenette - Dining room - First bedroom with double bed - Second bedroom with two single beds - 1 big bathroom with shower - 1 Small bathroom - Third bedroom with two beds (we can put a double bed if required) Totally there are 6 beds. SERVICES AVAILABLE: TV washing machine fireplace Large yard with barbecue . Large terrace with sea view . Outside shower . Uncovered parking inside the property . Pets allowed. PRICES FOR WEEKLY STAY : -May : 500.00 EURO -June : 700.00 EURO -July : 850.00 EURO -August (FROM 8 TO 22 ) : 1400.00 EURO; the remaining weeks 1200.00 EURO -September : 800.00 EURO - October: 700.00 EURO The prices include electricity, water and gas . - Final cleaning ( 50,00 EUR ) - Deposit ( 250,00 EUR ) If required, rent of linen for bedroom and bath at 15.00 euro per person for the first delivery.
