Description of objectVilla Melai is the perfect place for a large family or a group of friends who want to visit the main attractions of Tuscany, thanks to its strategic location just 5 km from the highway that connects us to Florence, Pisa , Lucca and other major cities. You can also relax in the large garden where you can enjoy the magnificent sun around a beautiful swimming pool with Jacuzzi , outdoor dining on warm summer evenings , and children can have fun in complete safety in the playground and in the smaller pool ( 80 cm deep ) .Just 1 kilometer from the Villa , Orentano , there are restaurants where you can taste the typical products of our region , eat good pizza ( pizza party June-July) and fabulous desserts ( pastries festival August). It is also possible to taste the typical Tuscan dinners that we will be happy to prepare in the Villa. We look forward to Villa Melai , wishing you a great stay in our beautiful region. Location of objectVilla Melai includes two independent apartments ( Cantina and Cascina ) and one for the owners.The private pool is fully available to guests only . The Cantina on the ground floor consists of a large living area with fireplace, kitchen, a bathroom and a double bedroom. From the stone stairs , you reach the first floor where there are three bedrooms with en-suite ( 2 double and one with 4 beds) . The Casina on the ground floor consists of a kitchen / living room, and the old stone staircase leads to the first floor where there is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom , a triple room and a bathroom. All the bathrooms are equipped with shower. In addition, adjacent to the Farm , there is a separate double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. In the garden , guests have at their disposal , barbecue , tables and chairs for outdoor dining, and a large solarium for relaxing and sunbathing. The beautiful swimming pool to salt ( 14x16 ) was built with two completely separate areas at two depths ( 1.5 m and 0.80 m ) to meet the needs of both large and small deipiù . The owners live in a portion of the villa and are fully at your disposal for any request.
