Description of objectThis house is right in the heart of Ria Formosa Natural Park, which means it is, definately, one of a kind.
Renovated in 2011, and by Ria Formosa, it provides all the amenities you need for a week away. You can relax and enjoy the great weather and unique atmosphere of this Natural Park, and go for fantastic walks with stunning views, enjoying the magnificent sun of Algarve. And, as you can see, water is just 20 meters away!
If you want to go to beach, you can either go for a swim in Ria Formosa (BE CAREFUL, the small beach in front of the house IS NOT WATCHED) or you can go to a sea beach, namely all the islands around Olhão, by boat. You can find regular ferryboats for those islands - ilha da Armona, ilha do Farol and ilha da Fuseta - in the nearest town is Olhão (5 km away) or in the nearest village is Fuseta (6 km away). These places are also very well know for their restaurants and local fish/vegetable market.
There are other options, for example water-taxi, which can pick you up right in front of the house (they charge a higher fee per km) and, as you can see by the pictures, there nearest beach is in an island very close to the house - Armona. Moreover, Algarve is full of wonderful beaches, and we are right in the middle of it, just 20/25 min away by car from Faro airport.
By the evening, you can dine in the front patio, looking at the splendorous sunset with a perfect landscape of Ria Formosa, or in the backyard, if you prefer overlooking this house\\\\\\\'s huge 4000 sqm backyard. In the meantime, you can be enjoying fresh local produce prepared on the barbecue.
