Description of objectOnly 7 km away from the beautiful city of Ohrid, also known as “the Balkan’s pearl”, is located the suburb Podmolje. A wonderful villa called “SiVa” stands in the center of the suburb.
The villa contains 4 modernly decorated apartments each with a capacity of four people. Each apartment includes a bedroom, bathroom, its own kitchen and a living room. You can count on TV, with a satellite dish; all the appliances you’ll need for the kitchen, as well as for the bathroom and the bedroom. The house has solar energy collectors so that there is hot water in the apartments all the time.
The villa has a beautiful front yard, containing a wonderful garden with grass and flowers everywhere. You also have your own parking lot.
An exclusive addition is the new swimming pool (12x6 m, opening 25th of July (2011)), which is excellent for a complete relaxation and enjoyment in your time spent with us.
A special advantage for parents is that there is a complete set of baby and infant necessities, such as baby cradles, baby walkers, high chairs, baby monitors, all kinds of toys, etc. A real enjoyment for your children will be the yard with its swing sets, slides, rocking toys- a real children’s kingdom. We also offer you a babysitter (24 hour service), for additional payment.
Other feature that we offer is breakfast, lunch andor dinner, also for additional payment - a suitable price, which is decided when you come (it depends on what and how much you want). The meals includes traditional Macedonian food and beverage.
