LA MATILDA cottage is within a large private plot of 1.800m ² of indigenous trees and fruit trees, completely surrounded by high walls (1.80 meters) and in a perfect rural setting surrounded by nature in Cantabria. Moreover, the river that crosses the property, with its stone bridge, gives the private garden a special charm and makes contact with nature is even greater. The stone walls surrounding the whole property makes perfect privacy, creating an ideal environment to relax, sunbathe, read, paint ... The tourist town of Santillana del Mar is 7 km away and the beach Cóbreces to 4 kilometers (fine sand). The capital of Cantabria, Santander, is 36 km, the highway of the Cantabrian comfortable. And the second capital of Cantabria, Torrelavega, with all amenities, is only 12 km.
