Description of objectOcean view from every room. Rowing boat with 4 hp + canoe incl in rent. Lots of islands nearby. 60 meters to boat/swim. Wi-Fi. Dishwasher. Floor heating in bathroom / shower. Water toilet. Cottage located only 25 meters from the Baltic Sea in Roslagen – a beautiful part of the Stockholm archipelago.Fully equipped kitchen with dining area. From the kitchen there is an extra door to the patio/wooden deck with sea view. The patio has outdoor dining furniture as well as comfortable deck chairs. Barbecue provided for when you want to grill outside. The cottage has one bedroom with a new high standard double bed (two spring beds (200 x 80 cm each) in one frame). Sheets, towels and departure cleaning included in rent. Ocean and garden view from the bedroom. EuroSport, Animal Planet, Cartoon Network, National Geographic etc. Driving distance from house to: Penningby Castle 5 min, Bergshamra 8 min, Norrtälje 15 min, Furusund 20 min, Vaxholm 50 min, Stockholm 60 min, Stockholm Arlanda Airport 55 min, Uppsala 70 min, Skavsta Airport (Ryan Air) 120 min. Please note: During June, July and August we rent per week, Saturday to Saturday. During the low season we rent for 4 days or more with flexible rental periods, arrival/departure may be any day of the week. Max occupancy is 2 persons. No pets please. No smoking in cottage.
