Description of objectNerja - the most beautiful and charming village on Costa del Sol is only a 45 minutes drive from Malaga Airport. Nerja has incredible 320 sunny days per year! The village benefits from a wonderful temperate climate, which means that it is a great place to visit year round. Thanks to the impressive mountains north of Nerja the climate becomes smoother and more pleasant than it is in many other villages/cities on Costa del Sol/Costa Tropical.
The house consists of a living room, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms with showers in both. Sitting in the living room you can look out over the sea or at the fireplace, however, the terrace is the queen of the house and most likely the place you will spend most of your time at! The terrace of approximately 20m2 is incomparable! Really nice sea views but also views of the buildings on the slope towards the center.
There is a double bed in the master bedroom. There is a total of six beds in the house.
The house is well equiped with a smart-TV, blue-ray/DVD, wifi with unlimited download and a washing machine.

Location of objectThe well maintained beach Burriana has EU’s blue flag (EU quality label for beaches / water). This beach is only a minute\\\'s walk from the accommodation. Besides sunbathing and swimming you can enjoy about twenty restaurants, bars, boutiques, a children\\\'s playground, diving, kayak rentals and other water sports/games. Of course, there is also beach volleyball and
wonderful opportunities for walking and running in the area.

The townhouse is located 10min walk from Nerja\\\'s charming downtown with pedestrian streets, restaurants and shopping and close to supermarkets. Less than a mile from the house you find Balcon Europa which is the city\\\'s pride and centerpiece
In the city you will find everything that you are used to find on the classic holiday destinations. However, there is a genuine Spanish center in the city where \\\'normal\\\' Spanish shops, canteens and nice little bakeries, butchers, fish shops, etc. The atmosphere in Nerja is very nice and friendly and the Spaniards are clearly proud of the treasure they have in Nerja!
