Description of objectThis is a beautiful 3 bedroom house with South facing view. The property is located in the lovely and luxury golf community Olde Cypress. It offers a breath taking view over a lake.The very big terrace with pool and jacuzzi offers a great covered lanai with built in BBQ grill. The property is designer furnished with high end furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers a granite counter top. You find there a big stove, oven, microvave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine and all equipment you need to make a nice dinner. The house offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The size of the house is about 320m² or 3500 sq. ft. One room is furnished as an office with a desk. Of course we offer a high speed internet access. Enjoy this house for a nice vacation trip. This is a very family friendly property. Location of objectThe house is located in a lovely golf community. This probably is one of the most beautiful communities where you can buy a golf membership for the time of your stay.Only single family houses are built in this community, there are no condos. If you stay for a month you can buy a social membership for the time period of your stay which costs US $132.50. For this amount our guests can join the tennis courts, the community pool and other clubhouse facilities. Town: USA, Naples, NaplesNaples is one of the most exclusive cities of Florida. It is located directly on the Golf of Mexico.The city offers lots of restaurants, shopping centers, golf courses, beaches. You can find a waterpark, a zoo, a philharmony or big cinemas. In the evening you find a lot of social life in the streets. We charge US $180/ week for heating this big pool.Other costs are: US $350 departure cleaning fee 10 % tax For the monthly stay our tenants pay the electricity costs over US $120/ month. For weekly stays: The owners pay US $80/ week for the electriciy. Costs for the electricity over US $80/ week have to be paid by our tenants. There is an application fee for the owners association amounting to US $100 once per stay. We ask for a damage deposit amounting to US $1000 - US $2000 (depends on the length of the stay and on the number of tenants). If the house is in a nice condition after your departure the deposit is fully refundable. |
