Location of object

Villa Klarici is perched on a hill, facing Motovun to the south. The rural views from our upstairs terrace are magnificent and this is the most mentioned feature of our house by guests who have stayed.

Villa Klarici is easily accessible by road from other points in Europe and also from Pula airport, which is approx 1 hr drive. Rijeka, Trieste, Venice, Zagreb airports are also suitable. The main roads are new and the minor roads are well maintained.

Town: Croatia, Motovun / Buzet, Motovun / Buzet

Motovun is the most well known hill top town, built by the Venetians, although its history goes back further.

A Film Festival is held here every summer.

Truffles from Motovun's forests are famous and a trip to find them can be organised for you.

Air dried ham, wine (Teran and Malvasjia)and olive oil of outstanding quality is produced in this area and proudly served in local restaurants at a very reasonable cost.
