Description of object

Bungalows Maio Beach are houses with one flor only. Each house is composed of 2 bungalows with 2 bedrooms, one living room with kitchen area, and a private bathroom with shower. The bungalow are 50 sqm big. They are situated in front of the beach, and they have sea view, and you can see the sunshine every afternoon and the Island of Santiago, because they face to the west. The bungalows offered, are in the first line of the beach, and the sand it is only 20 meters away. The terraces are in front of the beach.
In the terrace is the entrance to the house , that goes directly into a small living room with kitchen. The kitchen has 2 gas hobs, oven, fridge, kitchen sink and crockery for 4 persons. The kitchen, has been added on January 2017. For 2 persons we leave 1 dining table and 2 chairs, and for 4 persons, we leave 2 dining tables and 4 chairs.
From the living room, you access through a corridor 2 double bedrooms with 2 beds in each, and one bathroom with shower and hot water.
The place is very quiet and In the complex, there is staff the 24 hours of the day for anything that you need.
The bungalow is delivered clean, and with 2 sets of sheets and towels.
The cleaning once a week is included in the price.
There are 2 washing machines in the complex free of charge for your use.
One supermarket and some restaurants are available 1 Km away in the town of Morro.
The airport is 2 Km away, the capital is 4 Km away.
The island is 15 degrees north latitude, with a medium temperature of 30 ºC.
The oficial language is the portuguese and the religion is catholic. You can find many people talking english, french, italian, german and spanish.
The fish and the lobsters in the restaurants, are fresh, because is been fished in the island.
You can rent an all-terrain for a cost of about 40 € per day.
A taxi from the bungalows to the capital Vila do Maio, costs approximately 5 euros.
It is not necessary to pay reservation in advance and is payable on arrival.
Transportation from the airport to the bungalow upon arrival is free.
The bungalows are delivered clean, with a set of sheets and towels that are changed once a week if occupancy exceeds one week.
Price: 27€/day for 2 persons
