This Villa has 2 indipendent and furnished apartments (2 and 2,1/2-bedrooms) that can be rented togheter or separately; privacy and spaces are fully guaranteed for each one of them. Outside amenities: spacious open patio with view on the blue Adriatic sea, covered patio with garden furnitures, private closed parking area. Apartments can accomodate from 2 up to 9 people and have also air-conditioning. Few steps away from the Villa there is a public access to the sea and within few kilometers are located some of the main beaches of this part of coast (Capitolo, Savelletri, Torrecanne, etc.) with both rocky and sandy beaches.
