Description of objectWe rent many solutions for holidays,in a very peaceful place.The property is of 8ooo m2 , where are three independent buildings,all recently renewed. The main building is the farm (Masseria)dated XVIII th century: It is the residence for the owners; a two floors construction, built according to the local ancient techniques. At the first floor, at disposal an apartment, accessible through stairs on the rear face of the building : large living room,two bedrooms, a little kitchen,a bathroom with shower and bath, a terrace on the rear side, a balcony on the front side. Free for everyone: Tennis court; a large wood gazebo (40m2), where to spend relaxing hours or, sometimes , we organize some amusing diners with pizzas cooked in the wood oven;bycicles to reach the beach. Nearby: a farm where you can do horse ridings ; the harbor where you can rent sailing boats. Location of objectthe farm is 1,5 km far from the sea and 2 kms from the village of Maruggio.from tis locality, you can visit daily all the most beautiful cities of Apulia (Manduria, Lecce, Otranto, Alberobello,Galatina, Ostuni,....) Town: Italy, Salento, MaruggioMaruggio is a little town, on the ionian coast of Apulia , 40 km south from Taranto.the locality is very peaceful and the sea is 1,5 km far from the farm. the sea is called \\\'the sea with 7 colours\\\' .its harbour is for sailers and for scuba : you can rent boats and there is a scuba center. neary, another farm can organize horse ridings.
