Description of objectThe charming rustic house in Lukoran, Island of Ugljan, has three bedrooms, fully functional kitchen, bathroom, two separate toilets and a big living room.More than 2500 sunny hours per year, may be guaranteed that you can spend great time even in Springtime. The house is old more than 100 years and all is completely renovated, but retains the antique atmosphere of the old Dalmatian house. Enjoy real Mediterranean gastronomy: light, low calories, slightly seasoned – boiled – those are the characteristics of the island’s cuisine. Fresh fish from Adriatic sea, olive oils, figs, organic vegetables- right from local garden on your table! The first beach with shower is 50 meters from the house. Kids can run around all day in the garden which is also perfect for long, lazy dinners and with barbecue. This is perfect rural setting, only 25 minutes by ferry to Zadar! In house no internet but the entire village has Free WiFi. Also on the beach. Island of Ugljan is world famous for its cycling trails. Natural hills and valleys on islands Ugljan and Pa¨man, which are connected by the bridge, provide ideal cycling conditions and there are several well-maintained trails for cycling and several excellent walking/ trekking trails. The small village Mali Lukoran owns a chapter in Croatia\\\'s cultural history. While being a part of the family at the Mali Lukoran villa of Zadar\\\'s De Ponte family, famous Croatian poet Petar Preradović was inspired by the sunrise experienced here. There is great reason why they choose that place- it is quiet and breathtaking. The island also offers various water sports like sailing, water skiing, different kinds of boats and jet-skis. You can rent the diving equipment and participate in organized diving courses with excellent scuba diving instructors. On the island you can ask for rent-a-bike, hiking equipment and various other props for the adrenaline experience. Only 200 meters from the house is new modern marina with great restaurant, lounge bar and every evening programme as piano night or jazz performance… It is very possible to arrange only for your family a boat for excursions to Kornati or other islands around in Zadar archipelago with captain and meal on the typcal Croatian boat. Day trips to Kornati Islands, Plitvice, Starigrad, Paklenica, river Zrmanja and river Krka are possible thanks to the excellent ferry line to the Zadar. Tourist tax in Mali Lukoran is 1 euro per day per person (not for kids under 12 and 50% for age 12-18). If you arrive with a plane, the best solution for you is rent a car in Zadar and you are on your own!!
