Description of objectThis lovely summer house offers a wonderful experience of authentic Croatian island life. Only a 45 minute boat ride from the very center of Zadar, it enables you to experience both winning aspects of tourism on the Croatian coast; peaceful and picturesque nature with clean azure sea and vibrant nightlife in Zadar, catering for everybody\'s needs.Zadar\'s airport connects you to all major airports in the world and the connectivity between Zadar and smaller places, such as the island os I¸ itself is very good and the public transport is very regular. There are 3 double bedrooms, one bathroom with toilet, shower and sink, and one living/dining area that has a retractable sofa bed. A big terrace overlooking the cove and the sea is just amazing for having drinks, sunbathing in discretion or dining al fresco. For those enjoying organic food and the nature, there is a fruit and vegetable garden, where you can pick and choose your own, healthy lunch ingredients daily. Island has all the important amenities, lots of shops, restaurants and bars that host numerous beach parties, famous all over the coast of Croatia. To sum up, it\'s like Zrće toned down, with nicer beaches. If you\'re coming by car, you can also tansport it on a ferry to the island. Further information can be disclosed upon request. Location of objectThe house is settled in Mali I¸, in a lovely cove, near the beach.Thanks to its location, the weather conditions are very pleasant, as it is protected for the wind or excessive sunlight. The house is surrounded by a small forrest and a few houses, providing an ideal mix of discretion and exposure. Parking space and the sccess to the road are conveniently nearby. Town: Croatia, Island of I¸, Zadar, Mali I¸, Island of I¸, ZadarI¸ is an island in the Zadar Archipelago within the Croatian reaches of the Adriatic Sea. It is situated between Ugljan on the north-east and Dugi otok on the south-west and is about an hour\'s ferry ride from Zadar.The island has been settled since prehistoric times; there is a Catholic church dating from the 11th century and records of the first Croatian settlers date from the year 1266. Its two biggest settlements (I¸ Veli and I¸ Mali) are located on the eastern part of the island. Near the island there are some very small uninhabited islands: Kne¸ak, Rutnjak and Fulija for example. Main activities are sailing, fishing, olive cultivation and pottery. The island is very popular amongst foreign tourists, largely due to its great beaches.
