Description of objectLarge indipendent portion of ancient stone farm house dated back to 16th located on the hill, 10 km far from the historical center of Lucca in a panoramic and quite position.The house accomodates up to 5+2 people. The small village where is located the house is very quiet, surrounded by olives trees, vineyards, woods, trekking and riding paths. From the village start an ancient wood path which leads to a beautiful panoramic point over the city of Lucca. It is the perfect place to spend a relaxing holiday and at the same time it is not far from the main famous tuscany towns. The beaches of Forte dei Marmi, Viareggio, Torre del Lago Puccini, are 30 km away, Pisa 40 km, Florence 80, next village with supermarket and all kind of shop is San Martino in Freddana, 6 km far from the house. Perfect position for day trips to local tuscan towns such as Florence, Pisa, Siena, San Gimignano. This holiday house was recently renovated respecting the original architecture of the past, so that you can see in the house the beautiful original stone stair , cotto tiled floor, wooden beam ceiling. Ground floor: From the entrance, you take access to the spacious living room (with fire place, tv-sat, 3 sofas sitting 8 people, table and chairs sitting more than 8 people). The open cotto arch leads to the separated kitchen equipped with electric oven, microwave oven, toaster, coffe-maker, 4 gas fires, kettle, and all domestic facilities. Storage with washing machine, table and iron board, refrigerator with deep frezer. From the ground floor the stone stair leads to the upper floor where you find a passage room with wardrobe, a double bedroom (with window-door and extra window, one other bedroom with double bed and extra single bed, (with small high window), a spacious bathroom with shower. On the second floor there is a huge bedroom with double bed and single bed, with two Windows. It is available on request a cot and an highchair for a baby. Each bedroom has mosquito screen. Private garden in front of the house fenced on three side by partition edge. The garden is equipped with bbq, deckchairs, a large gazebo with tables, chairs, lights. Private parking in front of the house for one car or public parking of the village is ca. 20 meters from the house.
