Surrounded by oak woods and typical vineyards. Very nice vegetable garden. Nearest village with many small shops and a supermarket - 2 km away. Very nice and helpful neighbours. Fantastic location for walking and bicycling. Very peaceful area, spa town, Rapolano Terme, 30 minutes away. The house was completly renovated in 2001.
