Description of objectThis is the right place for you, if you are looking for a quiet and beautiful place to relax...No direct neighbor, directly on the canal, comfortable and nice furnishings with a touch of africa. Step outside as the sun is rising and enjoy the sight of nature for an early breakfast, or float in the pool. Now that's the best of both worlds - quality time with family and friends, all together yet not crowded or cramped! and quiet This house sleeps 6 very comfortably, and the layout of the beds is convenient both for families and friends. so you can enjoy the BBQ grill, sunbathe, or stargaze in privacy. Nearby, the Gulf Coast beckons you to splash in the surf. This darling, happy home is nestled in the quiet, tranquiler neighborhood which is filled with Palm Trees, colorful hibiscuses and many lush tropical plants. You will love walking or biking throughout the whole neighborhood. It is nestled away from all. At the end of the day you will experience spectacular sunsets. And the best: a nice and new solar heated screened pool, sparse chlorine. We have one master bedroom with a king size bed, one queen bed and two twin beds, 2 bathrooms, open floorplan including living room and dining room and a private screened pool deck. Amenities include refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, washer and dryer, high speed internet, 1 flat screen television. PEACE and QUIET High season rate (November-March): 100 $ a day / 660 $ a week Off season rate (April-October): 90 $ a day / 590 $ a week The prices are valid for an occupation of 3 persons. Any additional person is 10 $ a day plus tax. Short time rentals: They are possible with an additional fee of 50 $ For long time rentals (4 weeks over) please contact us for individual pricing.
