The house dates from 1200 and is located in the Kasbah of the Medina of Larache. In the province of Tangier.
The Kasbah is the oldest and most important part of the Medina. The medina is the old medieval fortified town with gates.

The house was fully restored with original and ecological materials. The indoor climate is always pleasant. It is cool in summer. The thick stone walls with mud and Arabic patio system are a natural air conditioner. During cooler days in winter, the heat is retained.
There are three floors with a total of 110 m2.
On the ground floor are the lounge, kitchen, bathroom with sink and shower and separate toilet.
The first floors contains two bedrooms with four fixed beds.
The second floor has a studio that can also be used as an additional, large living room with a sleeping area.
The roof terrace is on the third floor.
