Description of objectABOUT/LOCATION:One Bedroom Terraced (Josefina), Holiday Home to rent in La Marina, San Fulgencio, Spain. This clean and compact 1 bedroom house is situated in the quiet and friendly residential area of La Marina Urbanisation, San Fulgencio, Spain. The house is close to local restaurants and supermarkets with the closest parade of shops and restaurants only 5 minutes walk away. The urbanisation offers several areas for dining and relaxing, so some exploring is necessary. There are communal swimming pools in the urbanisation but they are no match to the 10km Sandy beach of La Marina Village which is located only 5 minutes drive away. The house is only a 20 minutes drive from Alicante Airport, so this is the ideal location for a quiet and relaxing holiday or prolonged stay in Spain! Other towns in the area include Santa Pola, Guardamar, Elche, Torrevieja, Cartagena and Murcia. HOUSE CONTENTS: The house is ideal for a couple, but there is room for a small child to sleep in the Lounge, perhaps even 4 adults at a squeeze. Each area of the house includes the following facilities: BEDROOM: Compact Double Bed, 4 x Pillows, 2 x Single Duvets, Large Cupboard, and Small Chest of Drawers, Electric Fan BATHROOM: Toilet, Sink, Bath Tub, Cabinet, Shower and Spin Dryer Machine LOUNGE/KITCHEN: TV (Local Channels only), Sofa, Cabinet, Electric Fan Fridge, Gas Oven with extra canisters, Electric Water Heater/Boiler, Microwave, Toaster, Plates, Dishes, Pots, Pans, Cups, Glasses, Cuttlery and other Utensils. TERRACE: BBQ, Table and 4 chair set, Umbrella, 2 plastic deck chairs. *The Terrace is South Facing so enjoys sun most of the day and into the late evening. GUESTS MUST NOTE: This letting is rented out periodically but is checked regularly to ensure basic cleanliness, however, Guests should be prepared to bring it up to their own standards upon arrival and also leave it as such when they depart. Guests must bring their own Bed Linen, including Bedsheets, Single Duvet Covers and Pillow Cases. Guests should bring their own Towels and Personal Hygiene products (Shower Gel, Shampoo Toilet Paper etc) WIFI is available in the house, but this should be communicated to me before arrival, as it is switched off when vacant. Good Communication with the Host is vital for a pleasant stay at the house, we welcome and encourage your questions as nothing is too small to ask!
