The houses are modern and newly constructed (2000). On the groundfloor you find a large kitchen (with all amenities like washing-machine and dish-washer), bathroom and the dining and living area with fire-place. From the living-area you have access through glass doors to the terrace.
On the second floor you find two bedrooms and one bathroom en suite with the main bedroom.

These houses are situated on private ground (600 m²) in a very quiet and most wonderful place of the Costa Brava.
The houses are situated near to San Marti d’Empuries (only 2 km far from La Escala). San Marti d’Empuries is a very old and very small, calm place with about 50 stone-houses and has a lot of atmosphere.

La Escala is an old small fisherplace with very much atmosphere. It lies in the south of the bay of Rosas. It has many large beautiful sand beaches, one bounded by an enjoyable boulevard with restaurants and several terraces, where you can have a drink.
