Description of objectEnjoy the best weeks of the year in our Casa Anja. The house has a private swimming pool with children's area, an outdoor terrace, three bedrooms with 6 beds, a living room area with sofa / TV area and a dining area with dining table and 6 chairs, an open kitchen and a bathroom with tub and shower, toilet and sink.Dogs are allowed!The house has an inhabitable area of 80 square meters and is situated on a 400 sqm plot, which is covered with gravel and stone slabs. The property is fully fenced (fence, wall) and surrounded by green plants. Furthermore, there is a barbecue and a parking place. Location of objectThe house is situated in the village of Las Tres Calas (The three bays). The settlement consists exclusively of holiday homes and holiday villas, apartment blocks and hotels are not here. At the entrance there is a supermarket and several restaurants.Three beautiful coves with sand beaches are the only 4 km. The beach resort L'Ametlla de Mar with 2 beaches and good shopping and good restaurants 6 miles away. The house is located in the upper part of the settlement in a quiet location.
