The villa Neda is ideal for relaxing and comfortable holiday. The house is surrounding with oak woods, located in healthy and quaite area - Kruce bay, montenegrin coast on the Adriatic sea. Location is excelent also for exploring all Montenegro (in one day trip you can get any part of the country)
The house is on three level, with 250m2 of space and 2 parking places (for small car).
There are 2 bedroom with 1 bathroom on 1st level, 3 bedroom with 1 bathroom on 3thd level.
There are kichen, living room with 1 bathroom on 2nd level.
2nd level is conected with 3th level by indoor stairs.
Every level has terase with 40-50 m2

Location of object

The famous and known Velika Plaza, the 13 (!) Km-long sandy beach of Ulcinj there are just 12-13 km. There, the beaches have been awarded with the \\\'Blue Flag\\\'. A paradise especially for children and water sports fans! The modern and vibrant port city of Bar, with shopping malls, bars, cafes and a beautiful beach promenade is just a few minutes by car. Even inland, there to discover. Several national parks and other attractions can be reached with half-day or day trips.
